On August 21, the High Court of Hong Kong ruled that Lee Cheuk-yan, former chairman of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China, and Chow Hang-tung, former vice-chairwoman, were found guilty of “incitement to subvert state power.”The tides of history never cease.
